Senior Creative Strategist

About the role

Lunar Solar Group is seeking a Senior Creative Strategist to lead omnichannel creative strategy for high‑priority client accounts. The role sits at the intersection of media and creative, turning performance data, consumer insights, and business goals into actionable creative direction and testing plans.

Key responsibilities

• Own and lead the end‑to‑end creative strategy for assigned brands, from briefing through execution and performance analysis.
• Develop evergreen creative frameworks, testing methodologies, and performance dashboards across accounts.
• Translate complex performance metrics into clear narratives for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Convert insights, research, brand positioning, and cultural trends into differentiated creative concepts and hypotheses.
• Collaborate with Creative, Media, Growth, and Account teams to ensure strategic alignment and high‑impact output.
• Contribute to shared best‑practice libraries and provide peer feedback to elevate team performance.
