Senior Coordinator, Events & Client Development

About the role

The Senior Coordinator, Events & Client Development will support the yearly marketing plan, manage calendars, and drive sales‑focused activities across retail and wholesale channels. This role works closely with accounting, advertising, and the Milan headquarters to ensure timely delivery of collateral, budget compliance, and successful event execution.

Key responsibilities

• Support the annual marketing plan and manage marketing calendars for retail, wholesale, store openings, email content, and promotions.
• Coordinate the flow of all collateral pieces, ensuring on‑time arrival and budget adherence.
• Liaise with accounting to track invoices, maintain budgets, and ensure timely payments.
• Develop and manage advertising and promotional plans, budgets, and added‑value opportunities.
• Design and execute an events program that aligns with retail and wholesale initiatives, managing the event calendar and budget.
• Collaborate with Milan HQ and local production teams to secure artwork, publications, and promotional materials.
• Partner with malls and explore third‑party collaborations to amplify brand exposure.
• Identify event partners, develop concepts, negotiate with suppliers (catering, florists, modeling agencies, AV), and oversee event logistics.
• Work with buyers, store managers, and style teams to align events with commercial needs and brand aesthetics.
• Develop metrics to evaluate event success and create follow‑up plans with the CRM team to convert attendees into loyal clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proven experience in event coordination, marketing, and retail/wholesale environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across multiple departments and external partners.
• Ability to manage budgets, track invoices, and ensure financial compliance.
