Senior Consultant – Tech Recruitment (AI & Data)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join Investigo’s New York AI Sciences & Technology recruitment team. In this role you will partner with high‑growth tech companies to source and place talent across AI, data, software engineering and cybersecurity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment cycles for AI/ML, data science, backend and platform engineering, and cybersecurity positions.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior hiring managers and industry leaders.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using market intelligence and networks.
• Manage candidate pipelines, conduct assessments and negotiate offers.
• Contribute to the growth of the practice by identifying new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a 360° tech recruiter, preferably within AI, data or advanced technology sectors.
• Strong understanding of market trends and talent landscape in AI and related fields.
• Desire for autonomy, ownership and high earning potential.
• Track record of delivering placements in high‑growth environments.
