Delivery Consultant (Technical Recruiter)

About the role

The Delivery Consultant will join a fast‑growing recruitment team in Philadelphia, focusing on sourcing and placing skilled IT professionals for client projects. You will work on‑site five days a week, building relationships with candidates and guiding them through the full recruitment cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage IT talent through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and the firm’s internal database.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, including interview coordination, salary negotiations and candidate closing.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and pipeline status.
• Collaborate with internal consultants to understand client requirements and match suitable candidates.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT recruitment.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding placement targets.
• Ambitious, resilient and continuously focused on personal improvement.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
• Experience using job boards and candidate databases.
