About the role

We are seeking an Entry Level Delivery Consultant to join our growing recruitment team in Philadelphia. In this fast‑paced position you will build relationships with IT professionals and match them with open roles for our clients.

Key responsibilities

  • Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and our internal database.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: schedule interviews, negotiate salaries and close placements.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and client records in the recruitment system.
  • Collaborate with senior consultants to meet placement targets.

Required profile

  • Ambitious, results‑driven individual with a proven track record of success.
  • Resilient and eager to continuously improve.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Open to both entry‑level and experienced candidates.

    • Uncapped commission structure with a base salary of $41,500.
