People and Culture Recruiter

About the role

The Logan Hotel is seeking a People and Culture Recruiter to lead full‑cycle talent acquisition for its hospitality operations. You will partner with hiring managers to attract, assess, and secure top talent that aligns with the hotel’s service‑driven brand and luxury experience.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the entire recruiting process from intake to hire for assigned openings.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies, including passive candidate outreach and online search campaigns.
• Maintain and update the CRM database and ATS to ensure accurate tracking and OFCCP compliance.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Build and nurture talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Provide a positive candidate experience and keep stakeholders informed throughout the process.
• Train hiring managers on behavioral interviewing and legal interview practices.

Required profile

• Strong consulting and influencing abilities with both candidates and hiring managers.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement of recruitment processes.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Required skills

• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish or French preferred.
