Senior Consultant – Pharmaceutical & Healthcare

About the role

Arya Consulting Partners is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to join its pharmaceutical and healthcare practice. The role involves leading client engagements, delivering high‑quality insights, and managing workstreams in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with team members and clients to develop deliverables and execute defined strategies.
• Conduct research, analyze data, and synthesize findings into actionable recommendations.
• Lead functional workstreams, own deliverables, and nurture client relationships.
• Create meeting and workshop materials for senior‑level, cross‑geographic audiences.
• Develop client‑ready communications that convey decision‑making, progress, and status.
• Identify and mitigate project risks in partnership with project managers and engagement leads.
• Provide guidance and feedback to junior team members.
• Contribute to business development activities, including proposal support and follow‑on opportunity identification.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 4+ years of experience, with at least 3 years in a management consulting firm.
• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries.
• Proven ability to integrate business and industry knowledge into creative, actionable solutions.
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Highly polished consulting skills, including written, verbal, presentation, and executive presence.
• High attention to detail and comfort working with ambiguity.
