Senior Consultant – Functional Transformation

About the role

Deloitte Consulting LLP is looking for a Senior Consultant to drive functional transformation initiatives for Fortune 500 clients in Los Angeles. You will design and prototype customer‑facing growth strategies, manage engagement scope, and build strong client relationships while traveling up to 50% of the time.

Key responsibilities

• Design and prototype growth strategies, innovation portfolios, and go‑to‑market plans for global clients.
• Coordinate workstreams, set engagement objectives, and manage scope changes.
• Develop customer profiles, campaign and offer management, and differentiate service offerings.
• Analyze digital platforms, assess risk, and generate innovative solutions.
• Lead small engagement components, ensure deliverables meet contract requirements, and mentor junior practitioners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, STEM, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in product pricing, go‑to‑market planning, user‑flow design, and marketing analytics.
• Ability to travel domestically up to 50% and work both onsite and remotely.
