Senior Consultant – Accounting & Finance

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Accounting and Finance professional to join our high‑impact consulting team. You will work on strategic and technical engagements across multiple industries, delivering results for senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial reporting and SEC filings (10‑K, 10‑Q) and support IPO readiness.
• Lead M&A, carve‑out, and post‑merger integration projects.
• Ensure SOX compliance, design internal controls, and drive process improvements.
• Manage corporate accounting functions, budgeting, forecasting, and close optimization.
• Deliver project work typically lasting 8–12 months with strong ownership and visibility.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 2+ years of public accounting experience, preferably at a Big 4 or large firm.
• CPA certification or progress toward it.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
