Senior Consultant – Accounting & Finance Advisory

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Accounting & Finance Advisory team, supporting clients across Greater Philadelphia on complex business and finance initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead SEC reporting and public company readiness projects.
• Implement technical accounting solutions and U.S. GAAP standards.
• Support IPOs, carve‑outs, and transaction processes.
• Drive M&A integration and finance transformation efforts.
• Ensure SOX compliance and strengthen internal controls.
• Optimize financial close processes and improve reporting efficiency.
• Manage FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 2 years of public accounting experience.
• CPA certification or actively pursuing it.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting.
