Senior Construction Scheduler – Aviation

About the role

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Scheduler to join its Infrastructure team on a large‑scale aviation project. The role focuses on delivering robust schedule management and project controls for a complex capital programme.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, monitor and update the Owner’s Project Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Establish the schedule management programme and deliverables for large‑scale capital projects.
• Interface with project stakeholders, providing guidance and recommendations.
• Prepare baseline schedules and schedule basis documents for team approval.
• Conduct resource loading, leveling and consolidation of contractor schedules into the IMS.
• Assess impacts on the critical and near‑critical path and report findings.
• Monitor schedule deviations, propose corrective actions, and apply Earned Value Management (EVM) methodology.
• Produce regular schedule progress reports, trending charts and analysis.
• Maintain records of scope changes, trends and variances affecting schedule performance.
• Ensure compliance with SOX controls where applicable and maintain liaison with clients and consultants.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or a related field.
• Proven track record delivering construction project control services on large‑scale programmes.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a Public Trust security clearance.
• Strong understanding of schedule management, critical path analysis and EVM.
