Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive job analyses and evaluations, applying advanced analytical techniques to set appropriate pay levels.
• Utilize market data and forecasting to assess competitive positioning and identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop analytical models, dashboards, and reports that provide strategic insights and measure program effectiveness.
