Senior Client Service Representative - Business Insurance

About the role

Marsh McLennan Agency's Midwest Region is a full-service brokerage offering business insurance, employee benefits, private client insurance and retirement services. As a Senior Client Service Representative, you will provide exceptional client service, overseeing insurance programs, managing transactions, updating client information and negotiating coverage terms. You will work closely with the account servicing team to handle inquiries, maintain data integrity and interpret complex documents.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee insurance programs and manage transactions
• Update client information and negotiate coverage terms
• Address client inquiries and maintain data integrity
• Interpret complex documents such as insurance policies, applications and proposals

Required profile

• 2+ years' experience in commercial Property & Casualty insurance at an agency or related company
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter, highly organized problem solver with good time management and attention to detail
• Ability to interpret insurance documents and work on a fast-paced team
• Additional qualifications are a plus but not required: P&C license preferred or obtainable on hire, BS/BA in Business, Insurance or a related field

What we offer

• Base salary of $40,230 to $74,865, depending on experience, skills, training, location, certifications and education, plus possible performance-based incentives
