Senior Client Service Manager - Personal Lines Insurance Leader

About the role

Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is hiring a Senior Client Service Manager for its Personal Lines team in Greensboro. You will lead an account management team delivering high-quality client service, support business growth and achieve retention objectives. The role also acts as a key relationship manager for clients, prospects, producers and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, train and mentor an account management team and oversee its performance
• Coordinate team workload and staffing to ensure adequate coverage of client needs
• Partner with account management colleagues on client retention and on generating new personal lines business
• Contribute to growth and retention strategies and support sales goals
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, producers and internal client service teams
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, answering complex questions and resolving escalated service issues
• Deliver best-in-class client service and stay informed on market conditions and industry trends
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, professional and transparency standards

Required profile

• Professional track record of leading, training and mentoring an account management team
• Ability to coordinate team workload and staffing
• Strong client relationships and ability to handle escalated service issues
• Understanding of changing market conditions and client needs

Additional qualifications that are a plus but not required: at least 3 years of management experience, Property & Casualty license, and Personal Lines insurance experience.
