Senior Client Relationship Manager

About the role

Marsh is looking for a Senior Client Relationship Manager to join its Region Market Development team within the People and Investments business, based in the Seattle office. The role is hybrid, with at least three days a week spent in the office, and involves managing a portfolio of large and jumbo client accounts while building trusted advisor relationships with Pacific Northwest clients and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of large/jumbo client accounts (5,000+ employees), ensuring strong client satisfaction and resolving escalated issues effectively.
• Drive revenue growth by building trusted relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and identifying new business opportunities.
• Maintain disciplined business development tracking, including lead management, activity follow-up and pipeline progress.
• Partner across Marsh teams and business lines to develop tailored solutions for client needs.
• Work with Marsh consultants and thought leaders to develop strategic growth plans and engage senior leaders at client and prospect organizations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• 10+ years of experience in a consulting environment, with demonstrated success in client management.
• Experience consulting or selling Health & Welfare, Investment & Retirement or Workforce Rewards solutions to large corporate or institutional clients.
• Ability to understand and respond to client business needs, priorities and industry dynamics.

Required skills

• Strong project management, financial acumen and communication skills.
• Proven ability to engage senior executives across HR, Finance and IT sectors and build senior stakeholder relationships.

What we offer

• Base salary range of $151,000 to $302,500, depending on experience, skills, location and other factors.
