Senior Client Experience Associate

About the role

Farther is a rapidly growing RIA combining expert advisors with technology to deliver a tailored wealth management experience. As a Senior Client Experience Associate, you will help deliver a world-class wealth management experience for advisors and clients by handling the financial operations behind advisor onboarding, client onboarding, ongoing requests and complex needs. You will work closely with the Product and Engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the key relationship manager for advisors and clients, responding to inquiries promptly and accurately by email, phone and other channels
• Help clients with account opening, transfers and other ongoing tasks, and liaise with custodians to confirm completion of requests
• Monitor client accounts and proactively address issues as they arise
• Identify ways to improve the client experience function and work with Product, Engineering and others to implement changes
• Maintain positive relationships with advisors, custodians and third-party vendors

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of experience in a client-facing role in financial services
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with advisors and clients
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to prioritize competing tasks

Required skills

• Experience with custodial and wealth management platforms
• Experience with CRM systems
• Bonus: knowledge of financial products such as separately managed accounts (SMAs) and alternative investments
