Senior Casualty Claims Representative – Hybrid (Webster, MA)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced claims professional to join our team as a Senior Casualty Claims Representative. In this hybrid position you will independently manage moderate‑severity Bodily Injury and Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist (UM/UIM) claims from investigation through resolution, delivering fair and timely outcomes while providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage moderate‑severity Bodily Injury and UM/UIM claims from start to finish.
• Analyze policy coverage, determine liability, evaluate damages and negotiate settlements.
• Conduct thorough investigations using statements, police reports, medical records and other documentation.
• Oversee litigated claims and collaborate with attorneys, experts and other stakeholders.
• Identify fraud indicators, subrogation opportunities and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide high‑quality service to claimants, customers, attorneys and internal partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience in casualty insurance claims, especially Bodily Injury and UM/UIM.
• Strong analytical, investigative and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, make sound decisions and mentor junior team members.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on compliance and risk management.
