Senior Business Systems Integrator

About the role

Kinetic Design + Development is seeking a Senior Business Systems Integrator to translate business needs into functional technology solutions. You will work across Operations, functional teams, and vendors to design, implement, and improve SaaS platforms, integrations, automations, and AI‑enabled workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Convert business requirements into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and implementation plans.
• Evaluate technical alternatives and recommend solutions based on usability, cost, scalability, and risk.
• Configure, test, and maintain business applications, SaaS platforms, APIs, and data flows.
• Design and implement workflow automations and AI‑enabled solutions to reduce manual effort.
• Build and support operational data solutions, reporting dashboards, and Power BI integrations.
• Own solutions through their full lifecycle, including troubleshooting, documentation, and managing technical debt.

Required profile

• 7+ years of hands‑on experience delivering and owning business technology solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Curiosity about emerging automation and AI technologies and a drive to apply them meaningfully.

Required skills

• Experience with SaaS platforms, APIs, and system integrations.
• Proficiency in workflow automation tools (e.g., Power Automate).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft ecosystem: Power BI, SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate.
• Experience building data structures, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
• Familiarity with AI‑enabled workflow design.
