Senior Business Systems Analyst – GTM Channel Sales

About the role

Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams and is in a critical growth phase. The Senior Business Systems Analyst will partner with Sales, Account Management, Partnerships, and Product teams to deliver mission‑critical GTM systems and integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Own partner GTM systems, including roadmap, architecture decisions, and operational health.
• Build and deploy Salesforce automation: record‑triggered flows, screen flows, validation rules, custom objects, permission sets, and approvals.
• Manage partner attribution from first touch to payout, including referral capture and monthly payouts.
• Integrate across the stack (Salesforce, LeanData, Outreach, Gong, Chili Piper, ZoomInfo, Workato) for lead routing, sequencing, meeting booking, enrichment, and attribution.
• Prioritize incoming requests based on ROI, make trade‑off decisions, and drive cross‑functional alignment without a manager.

Required profile

• 5+ years in business systems at a fast‑paced company.
• Salesforce Admin certification or equivalent hands‑on experience, plus deep HubSpot knowledge.
• Proven ability to design, debug, and scale declarative Salesforce flows.
• Metric‑driven prioritization and experience delivering multi‑month projects with cross‑team dependencies.
• Comfort with AI tools for building, auditing, and documenting solutions.
