Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

About the role

RxVantage is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to lead complex analytics projects and shape BI strategy. You will collaborate with internal and client stakeholders to deliver data‑driven insights and high‑impact Tableau dashboards.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to define analytic needs, KPIs, and measurement frameworks.
• Design, build, and maintain internal and client‑facing Tableau dashboards, ensuring consistency in metric definitions.
• Develop scalable BI solutions, create roadmaps with the Data VP and Product Manager, and prioritize features.
• Drive documentation standards, data storytelling, and present findings to executives and clients.
• Mentor junior analysts and manage a Jira backlog of user requests.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of business intelligence and data analytics experience.
• At least 3 years of hands‑on Tableau and/or Power BI experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; healthcare data experience strongly preferred.
