Senior Associate, Transaction Services

About the role

Riveron is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Transaction Services team in Atlanta. You will support clients throughout the M&A lifecycle, providing financial analysis, due diligence, and post‑deal integration insights.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze target companies' quality of earnings, net working capital, and cash flows.
• Prepare and review quality‑of‑earnings and net working capital analyses for buy‑ and sell‑side transactions.
• Conduct executive management interviews and draft sections of client‑facing reports and presentations.
• Collaborate with project teams to manage workstreams, meet deadlines, and coach junior members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 4 years of transaction experience, including M&A due diligence.
• Strong analytical rigor, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel as required by client locations.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (SUMIF, SUMIFS, VLOOKUP, INDEX‑MATCH, etc.).
• Knowledge of GAAP accounting standards.
