Senior Associate, Professional Services

About the role

Auditoria is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Professional Services team. You will lead the delivery of AI‑driven automation solutions for finance functions within Fortune 1000 companies, working closely with senior architects, product teams, and enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute implementation components for Auditoria’s Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable products, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and go‑live activities.
• Manage project timelines, tasks, and risks, ensuring smooth delivery in collaboration with cross‑functional teams and clients.
• Serve as the primary day‑to‑day contact for clients during implementation phases, providing updates, resolving issues, and managing expectations.
• Coordinate with senior architects and product teams to accelerate implementation timelines and achieve high‑impact results.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience delivering SaaS implementations, preferably in finance or accounting domains.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage timelines, tasks, and risks.
• Excellent client‑facing communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical and product teams.
