Senior Associate, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

About the role

Riveron is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) practice. In this position you will help public and private clients improve profitability, cash flow, and overall working capital through advanced financial modeling and performance‑visibility solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Execute end‑to‑end reporting solutions, including KPI selection, data integration, and dashboard visualization.
• Develop forecasting and budgeting processes, implement planning technologies, and build long‑range financial models.
• Provide interim FP&A leadership for clients and deliver point‑specific analyses such as 13‑week cash flow, ROI, pricing, and profitability studies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 4+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or corporate FP&A.
• Strong analytical rigor, written and verbal communication skills, and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Required skills

• Financial modeling – integrated driver‑based 3‑statement models and 13‑week cash forecasts.
• Corporate performance‑improvement tools (Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, NetSuite Planning & Budgeting, OneStream, Oracle FCCS, SAP BPC, or similar).
• Data visualization and analysis tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Alteryx).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
