Director of Business Performance Improvement – Finance Transformation

About the role

Riveron is seeking a senior leader to drive finance transformation and business performance improvement for its clients. The role involves advising on strategic problems, leading projects, and developing thought leadership within the finance and operations space.

Key responsibilities

• Provide functional leadership and expertise to advise clients on finance and operations strategy, process improvement, and technology enablement.
• Lead smaller projects autonomously and support multiple concurrent client engagements.
• Develop market‑facing practice initiatives such as thought leadership, white papers, and business development activities.
• Mentor and develop team members, helping future practice leaders grow.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in consulting, advisory, or corporate finance roles.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or a related field.
• Proven ability to sustain long‑term client relationships and thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel as required by client locations.

Required skills

• Extensive experience with Tier 1‑3 ERP systems.
• Finance governance tools and CPM technologies.
• Supply chain management applications.
• Data visualization and analysis solutions.
