Senior Associate, Digital Activation

About the role

APEX, Publicis Groupe's futures marketplace, is hiring a Senior Associate for its Digital Investment team, which sits in the Digital Strategy & Activation team. The role reports to the Supervisor and works across Publicis Groupe agencies, learning both investment and business operations while helping plan and execute client media buys.

Key responsibilities

• Train and assist Associates, support their goals and contribute to team development.
• Follow partner portfolio offerings and campaign management practices, identify performance issues and build recommendations aligned with APEX goals.
• Support campaign execution and delivery in select standard-level accounts, covering the post-sale process and account management principles.
• Handle the billing process: run RFIs, reconcile invoices in OX/Prisma and approve unbilled reports for standard accounts.
• Keep Salesforce up to date for assigned accounts.

Required profile

• 1-2 years of experience with basic knowledge of media investment; agency planning/investment, media sales, consulting or media client-side backgrounds are welcome.
• Strong media financial acumen is mandatory; business financial acumen is preferred.
• High emotional intelligence, strong relationships, adaptability, transparency and a positive, inclusive approach.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Basic knowledge of Salesforce and OX/Prisma (Activation).

• Pay range of USD 50,065 to 73,944 per year, depending on skills and experience.
