Senior Analyst, Supplier Operations

About the role

The Senior Analyst, Supplier Operations is a technical and operational partner for online merchandising and marketplace operations. The role combines data analytics with hands-on supplier support, using SQL and Google BigQuery on large item datasets to optimize fulfillment configurations (Ship-to-Customer and Ship-to-Store) and run data strategies for system rollouts such as Mirakl. It also acts as a liaison for external partners, managing ticketing, troubleshooting system issues and resolving supplier escalations, working with Merchandise Planning Managers and Online Merchants.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Merchandise Planning Managers and Online Merchants to analyze business drivers, assess situations and execute strategies (about 30% of the role).
• Track and measure business performance through daily, weekly and monthly reporting, and look for ways to improve reporting (about 40%).
• Contribute to projects and new initiatives aligned with strategic business objectives (about 30%).
• Manage ticketing workflows, troubleshoot complex system issues and resolve high-stakes supplier escalations.

Required profile

• Age 18 or older and legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree or MBA (or equivalent experience) in Retail, E-Commerce, Supply Chain, Business Analytics or Corporate Consulting.
• Experience executing data strategies for complex system rollouts or platform integrations, preferably with Mirakl or similar e-commerce tools.
• Background in supplier-facing operations and ticketing, with the ability to de-escalate sensitive partner issues tactfully.
• Familiarity with e-commerce fulfillment, item-level data structures and Ship-to-Customer / Ship-to-Store configurations.
• Ability to build business models and turn technical data into clear reporting for leadership, and to prioritize daily tickets, live troubleshooting and long-term projects.
