Manager Automation and Enablement

About the role

The Manager Automation and Enablement identifies, prioritizes and delivers low-code and no-code automation solutions that simplify Store Operations processes, reduce manual effort and accelerate business processes. The role drives the automation strategy, using platforms such as Microsoft PowerApps and Power Automate, and catalogs manual, error-prone workflows to automate them end to end. It also covers governance, platform integrity and continuous improvement. The position reports to the Sr. Manager Digital Enablement and has no direct reports.

Key responsibilities

• Automation intake, assessment and prioritization: identify manual workflows, quantify their business value and maintain a prioritized automation backlog.
• Continuous improvement and innovation: improve existing automations and evaluate new low-code, no-code and AI-enabled use cases.
• Cross-functional leadership: lead, coach and develop direct reports or dotted-line contributors.
• Enablement and training: teach Store Ops partners and analysts, support safe citizen development, and create documentation, playbooks and reusable components.
• Governance, compliance and risk: enforce security, documentation, scalability and change-control standards and monitor solutions throughout their lifecycle.
• Solution delivery: design, build and deploy automation solutions with PowerApps, Power Automate and other approved tools, partnering with Store Ops, IT, Security and other teams.

Required profile

• Age 18 or older and legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Operations, Technology, Analytics or a related field.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in process improvement, automation, operations or technology enablement.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft PowerApps and Power Automate.

• Preferred: low-code/no-code suites (CoPilot, NotebookLM) and citizen AI platforms (Power BI, Dataverse, Power Pages)
