Senior Analyst, Client Services

About the role

The Senior Analyst, Client Services will manage escalated technical issues, mentor junior staff, and ensure the stability and security of desktop environments across Lehigh Valley Health Network. This position blends hands‑on support with strategic project involvement, contributing to system upgrades, patch management, and compliance initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve escalated issues requiring deep technical expertise in endpoint security and desktop support.
• Train, guide, and mentor junior technicians.
• Collaborate with IT teams on infrastructure projects, including OS upgrades and endpoint refreshes.
• Serve as primary liaison for complex client network service requests and major facility‑driven renovations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Audio Visual, Unified Communications, or Collaboration Technologies.
• Proven track record leading AV projects, conference‑room deployments, and technology evaluations.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of Windows operating systems and enterprise applications.
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as Citrix VDI.
• Proficiency in IT service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Expertise in AV, Teams Rooms, and other conferencing technologies.
• Ability to manage vendor relationships and develop operational standards.
