Senior Advisor, Performance Management and Analytics

About the role

PATH is seeking a highly analytical Senior Advisor to lead performance tracking and milestone management for a large, multi‑country fixed‑amount award covering malaria, maternal, newborn and child health, HIV, TB and polio programs.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a milestone performance management framework for over 170 milestones across 13 countries.
• Develop and maintain a centralized tracking platform with automated dashboards, scorecards and real‑time visibility.
• Partner with global and country MEL teams to align tracking systems, support capacity building and coordinate performance review meetings.
• Identify risks early, analyze root causes and drive corrective actions and adaptive management plans.
• Create executive‑level visualizations and monthly performance summaries for senior leadership.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Public Health, International Development, Monitoring & Evaluation, Data Analytics, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in program performance management, M&E, data analytics or project management.
• Experience supporting complex donor‑funded global health programs in low‑ and middle‑income countries.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
