Senior Account Manager

About the role

The 1000heads Account team manages client relationships and delivers social-first work for its clients, working with specialists in Creative, Insights, Design and Strategy. This Senior Account Manager is a hybrid role based in Los Angeles with two days per week in the office, and sits within the Client Services department.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative ideas and solutions for client campaigns and build client relationships, meeting or exceeding their expectations
• Understand clients' brands, categories and customers, and monitor their markets and competitors
• Keep clients informed with timely reports stored centrally, and assist in creating project briefs and presenting ideas to clients
• Manage IRL and virtual event activations, and develop project plans and specifications
• Produce accurate cost estimates signed off by the Account Director and the client, and ensure billing is completed on time
• Ensure campaigns stay within budget and that clients approve spending, especially unexpected costs
• Help produce client reviews with senior clients, oversee the quality of final deliverables, and make sure briefs and key meetings are signed off by the Account and Creative Directors
• Maintain a central file of essential client information

Required profile

• 3-6 years of proven agency experience; social agency or client-side experience preferred
• Agency background with a mix of production and social marketing experience; large-account experience preferred
• Influencer/talent work is a plus
• Strong understanding of social channels and ATL production is essential
• Must reside in Los Angeles
