Senior Account Executive – Commercial Print

About the role

As a Senior Account Executive focused on commercial print, you will own a territory, manage the full sales cycle, and meet customers face‑to‑face to drive revenue growth. This field‑first position combines prospecting, solution selling, and strategic account development within Konica Minolta’s Intelligent Connected Workplace portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Own and exceed revenue targets for an assigned territory.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline through prospecting, networking and referrals.
• Spend the majority of time in the field conducting discovery meetings, delivering solution‑focused presentations and closing deals.
• Run full‑cycle sales: discover, propose, negotiate and close.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities to grow key accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain accurate CRM data, forecasting and pipeline hygiene.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3‑6 years of B2B sales experience with a proven record of meeting quota.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly within the territory.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
