Senior Account Director – Anywhere in the US or Remote

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Senior Account Director to lead client engagement and drive new business across the United States. The role focuses on opening new accounts, expanding existing relationships, and delivering innovative BPM solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and win new logos for Business Process Management (BPM) services.
• Collaborate with IL & BPM CSG leadership and account managers to develop account plans and business‑development points of view.
• Farm designated accounts, lead sales conversations, and create customized client proposals for finance, supply‑chain, procurement, and HRO services.
• Research market opportunities, prepare and deliver pitches, and manage risks that could impede growth.
• Maintain strong client communication, understand needs, and build long‑lasting relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent (or three years progressive experience per missing year of education).
• 14+ years of experience with proven sales, relationship, and account‑management success in the BPM industry.
