Segment Marketing Manager (L2)

About the role

Cintas is looking for a Segment Marketing Manager (L2) to design and execute B2B marketing strategies that raise awareness, generate leads, and support sales growth. You will work closely with service and sales teams to strengthen the company’s value proposition for existing and prospective customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop compelling messaging and positioning for Cintas products and services.
• Define and segment target B2B audiences for focused campaigns.
• Create and maintain a content calendar featuring whitepapers, blogs, webinars, case studies, and newsletters.
• Design and launch multi‑channel campaigns across email, social, paid ads, and events.
• Collaborate with sales to align marketing initiatives, provide enablement materials, and ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Track and report on metrics such as traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of B2B marketing experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
