Seasonal Prep/Line Cook – Thanksgiving 2026

About the role

This temporary seasonal position supports the Thanksgiving 2026 service at Gozzer Ranch, a Discovery Land Company club. The line cook will help deliver high‑quality meals and exceptional hospitality for members and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare food items for all outlets according to menus and recipes, set up stations with mise en place, and maintain food quality and presentation.
• Greet members and guests promptly, provide professional service, and ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, safe kitchen environment, operate equipment such as fryers, ovens, and grills, and follow sanitation and safety policies.
• Support team members, assist with bar setup, and perform opening/closing duties and side work.

Required profile

• Prior culinary experience with knowledge of food safety regulations and state health laws.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, mornings, evenings, and in various weather conditions.
• Physical capability to lift up to 25 lb frequently and up to 75 lb occasionally.

Required skills

• Food preparation and cooking techniques following recipes.
• Operation and cleaning of kitchen equipment (deep fryer, broiler, stove, oven, grill, etc.).
