Beverage Director

About the role

The Beverage Director leads all beverage operations for Gozzer Ranch Golf & Lake Club, a luxury private club within Discovery Land Company. This senior position oversees beverage programming, wine operations, purchasing, inventory control, vendor relationships, financial performance, training, and member experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional member and guest experiences, ensuring service standards exceed expectations.
• Collaborate with all club departments to align beverage offerings with member preferences and club events.
• Manage budgeting, ordering, and inventory for multiple outlets including Hutton's, Lake Club, Clubhouse, Tree Bar, Pool Bar & Grill, Orchard, Comfort Stations, and The Outpost.
• Maintain vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee purchasing of alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages.
• Implement and monitor inventory controls and financial performance metrics.
• Train and develop beverage staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and adherence to club values.
• Utilize SevenRooms to capture member preferences and personalize service.
