About the role

The Assistant Director of Facilities will help shape the Gozzer Ranch experience by overseeing all aspects of facility operations and ensuring a welcoming environment for members and guests. Reporting to senior leadership, you will combine operational expertise with a strong focus on team development and member satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor facility staff, conducting regular team meetings and performance reviews.
• Develop and communicate work schedules, ensuring adequate coverage across all operational areas.
• Foster a culture of urgency, motivation, and fairness while recognizing employee achievements.
• Maintain high‑quality service standards for members and guests, greeting them promptly and addressing their needs.
• Collaborate with membership to understand service expectations and exceed them consistently.
• Identify and resolve operational issues, providing timely solutions to maintain seamless service delivery.
