About the role

Join Reiss at the Orlando Bloomingdales store as a Seasonal Part‑Time Sales Associate. You will deliver premium customer service and support the management team in achieving sales and operational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a tailored, premium customer experience and act as a Reiss Brand Ambassador.
• Maintain visual standards, store cleanliness, and ensure all silent‑service and brand standards are upheld.
• Support the team in meeting sales targets, KPIs, and operational procedures, including stock handling and online order deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management while handling pressure.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in a customer‑facing role within a premium or luxury retail environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, motivated, focused and able to work under pressure.
• Team player who can lead by example and adapt communication style to individuals.
