Seasonal Leasing Professional – The Tennyson

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and personable Leasing Professional for a four‑month seasonal assignment at The Tennyson at Crescent Creek in Eugene. This temporary position will support our leasing team while a senior leader is on sabbatical, ensuring high resident satisfaction and strong occupancy.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct sales and leasing activities, including greeting prospects, qualifying leads, touring the community, showing apartments, processing applications, credit and background checks, and preparing lease packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, confirm readiness, and coordinate any necessary maintenance.
• Monitor market and competitor trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply community policies on concessions and specials to drive occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising using platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data, and generate reports.
