About the role

Join Rural Community Transportation for a rewarding seasonal position driving visitors to one of America’s premier ski resorts in Stowe, VT. This full‑time winter role runs from November through April, offering a dynamic environment where safety and customer service are paramount.

Key responsibilities

• Provide safe, on‑schedule transportation for passengers to and from the ski resort.
• Deliver courteous, respectful customer service and maintain passenger confidentiality.
• Assist passengers with boarding, exiting, and wheelchair lift operation as trained.
• Conduct pre‑ and post‑trip vehicle inspections, clean, refuel, and secure the bus.
• Report mechanical issues, safety concerns, and complete required paperwork such as mileage logs and manifests.
• Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies, responding to emergencies as needed.

Required profile

• Valid CDL with Passenger Endorsement.
• Detail‑oriented, solutions‑driven, and able to work in a fast‑paced, team‑focused environment.
