About the role

Rural Community Transportation is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Van/Bus Driver to provide safe, reliable transportation for passengers in rural communities. No commercial driver’s license (CDL) is required, making this an accessible opportunity for qualified drivers.

Key responsibilities

• Operate agency vehicles safely and efficiently, adhering to schedules and traffic laws.
• Deliver courteous, respectful customer service and maintain passenger confidentiality.
• Assist passengers with boarding, exiting, and wheelchair lift operation as trained.
• Conduct pre‑ and post‑trip vehicle inspections, clean, refuel, and secure vehicles.
• Report mechanical issues, safety concerns, and incidents promptly.
• Complete inspection reports, manifests, mileage logs, and other required paperwork.
• Maintain a professional appearance and complete all required trainings.
