About the role

Join a fast‑growing custom apparel company as a Screen Printer in a climate‑controlled facility. You will produce high‑quality prints for customers across the US and Canada, working on a variety of orders from personal items to Fortune 500 contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Operate multi‑color screen printing presses (both manual and automatic) to print customer‑supplied designs on t‑shirts and other products.
• Prioritize and complete orders based on customer deadlines, including overtime when needed.
• Review orders, mix inks, set up screens and machines, and inspect print quality.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow safety procedures.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented and driven with a strong desire for high‑quality output.
• Critical thinker, naturally curious, and comfortable working in a team‑oriented, fast‑paced environment.
• Self‑starter who can meet deadlines and handle overtime during busy periods.

Required skills

• Screen printing press operation (manual and automatic).
• Ink mixing and color matching.
• Screen and machine setup.
• Quality inspection of printed products.
