School Principal – 2026-2027

About the role

Constellation Schools is seeking a highly‑qualified Principal for its Cleveland campus for the 2026‑2027 school year. The Principal will serve as the instructional and administrative leader, driving the school’s academic vision, student advancement, and daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic instructional design, including integrated curriculum implementation and blended learning models.
• Direct instructional coaching, teacher evaluation, and use of assessment data to guide instruction.
• Ensure high academic achievement and meet Adequate Yearly Progress (AYP) goals.
• Oversee standards‑based curriculum, weekly lesson‑plan reviews, and frequent classroom walk‑throughs.
• Promote student achievement in both academics and social‑emotional wellbeing.
• Develop and sustain a growth‑focused professional environment for staff.
• Manage school‑wide PBIS processes and cultural programming.
• Coordinate summer, before‑school, and after‑school programs.
• Lead the Charter School’s Special Education program.

Required profile
