School Nurse (RN) – 1:1 Pediatric Care

About the role

Join BAYADA as a 1:1 School Nurse (RN) to provide dedicated pediatric nursing care for school‑aged children throughout Erie County for the 2026‑2027 school year. You will work in‑home and school settings, building lasting relationships with children and families.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality nursing care to pediatric clients (birth‑to‑18) with a range of diagnoses.
• Provide complex care such as tracheostomy and ventilator management when needed.
• Perform clinical assessments, administer medications, treatments and therapies according to care plans.
• Educate families on care procedures and health maintenance.

Required profile

• Active RN license.
• Willingness to travel to assigned cases across Erie County.
• Calm, reassuring presence with strong communication and assessment skills.
• Commitment to compassionate, reliable patient care.
