Home Health Aide – Personal Care & Companion Services

About the role

BAYADA is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides to provide personal care, household support, and companionship to adults living at home in Erie. You will follow a nurse‑written care plan and help clients maintain safety, independence, and dignity.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
• Provide household support including light housekeeping, laundry, and bed making.
• Prepare meals, feed clients, and remind them about medications.
• Support range‑of‑motion exercises, ambulation, and use of mechanical lifting devices.

Required profile

• Passion for caregiving and a desire to help others.
• Empathy, patience, kindness, and respect.
• Ability to travel to clients’ homes as assigned.
• Commitment to delivering quality, reliable care.
