Clinical Manager – Pediatric and Adult Home Care

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to lead its pediatric and adult home care team in Erie, PA. The Clinical Manager will provide clinical leadership, support field staff, and ensure high‑quality care for children and families in a home‑based setting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and motivate a team of nurses delivering pediatric and adult home care.
• Visit clients throughout Erie and surrounding areas to conduct assessments and provide clinical oversight.
• Develop individualized care plans and oversee their implementation.
• Supervise, coach, and support nursing staff in the field.
• Facilitate orientation and ongoing training for newly hired nurses.
• Monitor clinical performance, quality of care, and compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with clients, families, physicians, and the broader care team to promote positive outcomes.

Required profile

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania.
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience (LPN experience considered flexible).
• Pediatric nursing experience strongly preferred.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational abilities.

Required skills

• RN licensure in Pennsylvania.
• Experience with tracheostomy/ventilator care or willingness to learn.
