About the role
Support children with autism in school and community settings, providing one‑on‑one behavior therapy and skill acquisition under supervision.
Key responsibilities
- Implement treatment and behavior support plans to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
- Collect and document behavior data, progress notes, and review outcomes with supervisors.
- Provide transportation for activities as required by the treatment plan.
- Support clients in interpersonal skills, community living, and daily living tasks.
Required profile
- One year experience working with children with developmental or intellectual disabilities preferred.
- Interest in obtaining or holding a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential.
Required skills
- Ability to follow ABA protocols and behavior reduction procedures.
- Accurate data collection and documentation skills.
