Scheduler – Integrated Master Scheduler for MILCON Projects

About the role

North Wind Design seeks an experienced Scheduler to lead the development and management of Integrated Master Schedules for Military Construction (MILCON) projects. The role involves on‑site schedule coordination, analysis, and reporting to ensure projects meet time, budget, and contractual goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) using Primavera P6.
• Analyze schedules for logical sequencing, critical path integrity, and compliance with contract requirements.
• Coordinate schedule integration among contractors, subcontractors, project managers, and government stakeholders.
• Conduct critical path, float, and risk analyses; recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare and present schedule status reports, executive summaries, and recovery plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 8 years of scheduling or project controls experience, including 5 years on Federal/DoD MILCON projects.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and manage IMS with Primavera P6.
• Experience reviewing construction schedules and coordinating across multiple stakeholders.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 scheduling software.
• Strong understanding of Critical Path Method (CPM) principles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and project controls reporting tools.
