Satellite Platform TT&C Systems Engineer

About the role

The Platform TT&C Systems Engineer will join the Systems Engineering Department to provide technical expertise for the Tracking, Telemetry and Command subsystem, ensuring reliable communication between the satellite and the operations control center.

Key responsibilities

• Design Platform TT&C systems across multiple frequency bands and perform system‑level link‑budget analyses.
• Prepare and maintain systems‑engineering documentation, including requirements specifications, verification matrices, and interface control documents.
• Troubleshoot TT&C issues on integrated satellite hardware and on the Platform Engineering Model (FlatSat) test setups.
• Support milestone reviews such as EQSR, SRR, PDR and CDR at customer, MDA or subcontractor facilities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong RF engineering background and experience with communication subsystems (transceivers, couplers, filters, antennas).
• Familiarity with communication standards and regulations (ITU, CCSDS, ETSI).
• Ability to work independently and mentor junior engineers.
