SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant

About the role

HR Path is looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant/Manager to lead its SAP payroll consulting practice. This senior subject‑matter expert will mentor a team, provide strategic guidance, and oversee end‑to‑end SAP ECP implementations, enhancements and support engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of SAP SuccessFactors payroll consultants across implementation, support and optimization projects.
• Design, configure and optimize SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll solutions, including schema, wage types, calculations and country‑specific requirements.
• Act as escalation point for complex configuration, integration and compliance issues, ensuring solutions align with business and regulatory needs.
• Partner with HR Path’s Managed Payroll Services to resolve advanced technology‑related payroll issues and support transition activities.
• Maintain deep expertise in payroll regulations, drive continuous improvement, and stay current on SAP SuccessFactors payroll innovations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance or related field.
• 7+ years of SAP payroll experience with extensive hands‑on work in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
• 3+ years of people‑leadership experience managing consulting or implementation teams.
• Strong understanding of payroll compliance, schema design, retroactive accounting and multi‑country payroll environments.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships, serve as a trusted advisor and handle multiple projects in a consulting setting.
