SAP GTS Manager

About the role

As an SAP GTS Manager at PwC, you will help clients improve operational efficiency by designing, implementing, and supporting SAP compliance and security solutions. You will work within the Cyber, Data & Tech Risk practice, focusing on regulatory compliance and data protection across SAP applications.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of SAP compliance and security measures to protect sensitive data and meet regulatory standards.
• Analyze client requirements and develop tailored SAP solutions that optimize operational efficiency.
• Plan, budget, and execute client engagements to achieve strategic objectives.
• Coach and mentor team members, leveraging their strengths to enhance performance.
• Utilize SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools to support compliance program implementation and oversight.
• Develop and maintain governance frameworks for corporate compliance and risk management.
• Conduct compliance audits and reviews, identify improvement areas, and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with business leaders to address compliance challenges and provide strategic advice.
• Promote innovative technologies and practices to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Ensure data integrity and security within SAP systems through regular quality assurance checks and audits.

Required profile

• At least a Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience delivering SAP compliance, security, and governance solutions, including auditing, advisory, and implementation engagements.
• Preference for a Master’s degree or MBA (not mandatory).

• SAP GTS (Global Trade Services).
